Fresh: If fresh store under cool conditions (10-20ºc) stored under cool conditions this product will retain its` mould free condition and softness for 6 days after the day of production. Minimum shelf life on delivery 4 days.
Frozen: If frozen keep at -18ºc, maximum shelf life frozen is 12 months. Shelf life after freezing, day of defrost + 5 days.
Note: The above applies to product stored in cool conditions, where the user changes the storage conditions e.g. addition of filling, chilled storage, nature of packaging, then optimum shelf life will be determined by the user.
